Connection Test - Tablet User

Some newer tablets and browsers are requesting fill-size "desktop" versions of websites to make use of their larger screens and provide you a better experience. However, these mobile browsers do nat have all of the same capabilities for processing two-way media and real-time communications that the computer-based browsers have. Therefore you will need to set your browser to use the "Mobile" version of these pages.

Ipad Users using Safari. Open your iPad's Settings App and scroll down the list on the left side and click "Safari". Scroll down the settings on the right side to the "Settings for Websites" and click "Request Desktop Website". Turn this control Off for all websites. You will need to open a new Safari window for this setting to take effect.

Firefox Users. You can specify the use of Desktop versus Mobile sites on a per-site basis. Look to the top of your browser where the website address is located. Click the "three-dots" menu icon to the right of the website address and choose "Request Mobile Site". For Connectivity you will need to Request Mobile Site both in this window and the pop-up window that opens after hitting the green "Start the Test..." button.
